What we collect
Your account email, and the business records you enter (transactions, invoices, tasks, team details, shifts). We do not collect data from your device beyond what you type in.
How it's used
Solely to provide Bizibase to you: storing your records, generating your reports and invoices, and — only when you use the Advisor — sending the business context you provide to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your analysis. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase) with per-account isolation. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Your rights
You can export your records from the Reports page at any time, and request account deletion — which permanently removes your data — by contacting us. UK/EU users have the additional rights set out in GDPR, including access, correction, and erasure.
