The service
Bizibase provides record-keeping, invoicing, planning, team, and reporting tools for small businesses, with an optional paid subscription ("Pro") that unlocks additional features.
Not professional advice
Bizibase organises the figures you enter. It does not calculate tax owed and its reports, calculators, and AI Advisor outputs are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Confirm important decisions with a qualified professional.
Your data, your responsibility
You own the records you enter and are responsible for their accuracy. Export your data at any time from the Reports page.
Subscriptions
Pro renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Fair use
AI Advisor use is subject to daily limits. Abuse, resale, or attempts to disrupt the service may result in suspension.
Liability
Bizibase is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
